Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lot Person to join our team. The Lot Person will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot by picking up trash, sweeping, and organizing vehicles
- Move vehicles around the lot as needed
- Ensure all vehicles are properly parked and secured
- Assist with receiving new vehicle inventory and organizing vehicles for display
- Assist with vehicle inspections and detailing as needed
- Help customers locate vehicles on the lot
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs of the lot as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
